So, I took a bold step. I forged my path, crafting a personalized protocol that finally helped me achieve my desired weight range. And now, I’m here to share this transformative system with you.

As a seasoned OB/GYN, certified menopause practitioner, and obesity medicine specialist, I understand the frustrations of conventional approaches. As a doctor for over a decade, I have helped thousands of women improve their lives.  But my short clinic visits didn’t allow for the time I needed to feel like I was really helping my patients in the ways I desired.

As a coach, I use the skillset I learned by working with patients in a new way, digging in deeper to guide them to true empowerment and change.

I have hung up my stethoscope and now offer my wisdom as a Master Certified Life Coach. I remain board certified in OB/gyn and Obesity Medicine.
